Driving Directions
* From North or West - Take 80 E to 580 E toward Oakland. Follow 580 E toward Downtown Oakland/Hayward/I-580/Stockton. Take the Broadway-Auto Row exit west toward downtown Oakland. Merge onto Broadway and follow to address 1746. See parking details below.
* From East - Take CA-24 W toI-980 W. Take the 18thStreet exit toward 14th Street. Merge onto Brush Street and then turn left at 17thStreet. Turn left at Broadway and follow to address 1746. See parking details below.
* From South - Take US-101 N toward San Jose. Exit I-880 N toward Oakland. From I-880 N take Broadway exit. Keep right as the forks and follow signs for Alameda, then merge onto Broadway. Follow Broadway to address 1746. See parking details below.
Parking Options
* Franklin Plaza Parking - Large garage at the SW corner of 19thand Franklin, next to bank parking lot. This is the closest option to us; enter on 19th. Exit garage through side door, walk through bank parking lot, enter public bank entrance, walk through bank and exit to lobby. Take elevator to Renewable Funding on third floor. Rates: $2.25/hour for first two hours; $3/hour after that; $14 max. Hours: M-F7am-7pm; Sat 8am-6pm; closed Sun and holidays.
* Kaiser Garage - Large garage at NW corner of 19th and Franklin very close. Rates: $1.50 each half hour; $18 max Hours: closes promptly at 7:45pm.
* Douglas Parking - small surface lot on Webster between 19th and 17th St. Rates: $1.00 each half hour; $8.50 max; $1.00/day on weekends. Hours: always open.
* Douglas Parking- small surface lot on the SE corner of 17thand Broadway. Rates: $2 each half hour; $13 max. Hours: always open.
* Street Parking - free after 6pm. The meters on 19th St. are 2-hour meters. On Franklin, they are just 1 hour.
Public Transportation
* From Oakland Airport - BART Directions: Take the BART shuttle from the “E” position on the bus island, which is the first island towards parking lot from Terminal A. Take the BART from the Oakland Airport to 19th street. Exit BART toward 17th Street. Use the stairs or the elevator to ascend to street level. The elevator is located immediately adjacent to the glass door entrance to our building, the Community Bank of the Bay building. The stairs bring you to the corner of 17th and Broadway. Walk back to 1746 Broadway; Renewable Funding is located on the third floor.
* From San Francisco Airport - BART Directions: The BART station at SFO is located in the International Terminal. It's a short walk from United Airlines in Terminal 3 and a slightly longer walk from Terminal 1. You can also take the free AirTrain from both terminals directly to the BART station. Just follow the signs to AirTrain and board the Red Line train. When you arrive, take the escalator down to the departures level and walk straight ahead to the BART station. Terminals 1, 2 & 3 are approximately a one to three-minute AirTrain ride to the BART station. Board the Pittsburg/Bay Point train to the 19th Street Oakland Station and exit toward 17th Street. Use the stairs or the elevator to ascend to street level. The elevator is located immediately adjacent to the glass door entrance to our building, the Community Bank of the Bay building. The stairs bring you to the corner of 17th and Broadway. Walk back to 1746 Broadway; Renewable Funding is located on the third floor.
